- 330 g Greek yogurt and whey protein
- 250 g baked sweet potato
- 100 g mixed vegetables

Method
- Use 300 g Greek yogurt and 30 g whey protein (330 g in total).
- Bake a 250 g sweet potato at 200 °C for 40–45 minutes (or microwave for 6–8 minutes) until soft.
- Stir the whey into the yogurt until smooth. No cooking needed — serve chilled.
- Steam or sauté the 100 g mixed vegetables for 3–4 minutes, or serve them raw if they're salad vegetables.
- Build the plate: the baked sweet potato first, the Greek Yogurt Protein on top and the vegetables alongside. Finish with the remaining herbs and a squeeze of lemon.
