Using IronForm

By creating an account or using IronForm, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. You must be 16 or older. Give accurate details, keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Health and safety

IronForm provides general information about training and nutrition, including plans, calorie targets and AI coaching. It is not medical advice and doesn't replace a doctor, physiotherapist or dietitian. Check with a health professional before starting a new program, especially if you are pregnant, injured, have a medical condition or take medication. Stop exercising and get help if you feel pain, dizziness, chest pain or shortness of breath. Calorie and nutrition figures, including those from food photo and barcode scans, are estimates.

IronForm Pro

• Pro unlocks the features listed on the Pro page, such as unlimited Iron AI, adaptive programs, advanced analytics and the barcode and food photo scanners.
• Prices are shown before you pay, in your local currency where available. Pro activates only after the payment is confirmed.
• A membership runs for the period you paid for (monthly or yearly). When it ends, your account goes back to Free unless you renew; nothing renews or is charged automatically.
• Fair use applies to AI features. For example, AI food photo scans have a daily limit that resets each day.
• If something goes wrong with a payment, or you think you were charged in error, contact support. Refunds are handled case by case and as required by the law that applies to you.

Academy courses

Courses you buy are yours to use for as long as IronForm offers them, separately from Pro. Some courses are included with Pro while your membership is active. Course content is for your personal use: don't copy, resell or share it.

Community rules

• Be respectful. No harassment, hate, threats, or bullying about bodies or progress.
• No sexual or adult content, nudity, or graphic violence. Photos and videos are screened automatically and may be held for review.
• No spam, scams, advertising without permission, or selling or promoting dangerous substances.
• Only post content you have the right to share, and never post other people's private information.

We may remove content, warn, suspend or ban accounts that break these rules or put others at risk.

Zero tolerance for abuse. There is no place on IronForm for objectionable content or abusive members. Tap ⋯ on any post or comment, or the options in a conversation, to report it or block the member. Blocked members can't see your posts, comment on them, follow you or message you, and they aren't told. The IronForm team reviews every report within 24 hours and removes content, and accounts, that break these rules.

Messages between members are only shown to the two of you. If you report a message, the IronForm team reads that message to review it.

Your content

What you post stays yours. You give IronForm permission to store, display and share it within the app as needed to run the service (for example, showing your post to other members). You can delete your posts or your whole account at any time.

Iron AI and automated features

Iron AI and the food scanners use artificial intelligence. Their answers can be wrong or incomplete, so use your judgement and check anything important. Don't enter other people's personal information into the AI.

Things you must not do

• Break the law, or use IronForm to harm others.
• Try to get into other accounts, test our security without permission, overload the service, or scrape it.
• Copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app, its exercise library, photos or courses.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Account & privacy. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we ever stop offering IronForm, we'll give reasonable notice and a way to download your data.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep IronForm available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable or contain mistakes. To the extent the law allows, IronForm isn't liable for indirect losses, or for injuries from training choices made without proper medical advice. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app grows. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app before it applies. Continuing to use IronForm after that means you accept the new terms.
